Dallas, TX – October 14, 2025 — A new clinical study presented by Dr. Judson Brandeis at the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA) Annual Meeting revealed a groundbreaking finding: when a natural nitric oxide–boosting supplement is combined with Viagra®, men experience stronger erections—without an increase in side effects.

The Study at a Glance
The research, initiated and funded by BrandeisMD, evaluated 22 men (average age 55) who participated in a four-night study:
- Nights 1–2: Sildenafil (Viagra®) 40 mg alone
- Nights 3–4: Sildenafil 40 mg + two AFFIRM tablets
Participants used the FirmTech TechRing®, a smart wearable device that measures erection firmness and duration during sleep, providing objective data on erectile quality.
Key Findings
