At BrandeisMD, we strive to provide excellent care. This Refund Policy ensures clarity about our payment terms.
1. No Refunds
Payments for services, treatments, or consultations are final. Refunds will not be issued except where required by law.
2. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited fees.
3. Legal Exceptions
Refunds will only be provided if required by California law.
