Board Certified Urologist and Clinical Researcher Dr. Judson Brandeis is running a study on a minimally invasive technique to grow your manhood in both length and girth using a combination of platelet rich plasma growth factors, stretching, traction and Nitric Oxide boosting supplements.
The P Long Study seeks to increase the length of the man’s penis without sacrificing girth using a combination of growth factors, blood flow supplements, penile traction and penile suction. The duration of treatment is six months, with monthly injections of platelet rich plasma. Patients are required to perform measurements at home. The expected benefit is approximately one inch of penile length and improvement in erectile function. The cost of participation is a reduced rate of $4000 and the commitment is for six months. The risks of participation are minimal. We have secured approval of an Institutional Review Board who monitors the study and data collection.
The size of a man’s penis is important to his self-confidence. More than 50% of men wish that their penis was larger. As a urologist for 25 years who has seen thousands of men as patients, I have never had a man ask to have his penis made shorter. There are men who tried different things to increase the size of their penis. There are techniques to improve penile girth, some of which are safe if performed by competent professionals. There are no current techniques to safely and reliably improve the length of the penis.
The question of how long is the average penis is somewhat complex. According to research from Dr. Richard Lynn, the average American penis is 5.1 inches, eclipsed by our northern neighbors in Canada who are 5.5 inches. I would not want to go to a nudist beach in Congo where the average is 7.1 inches, the world’s most populous countries, China and India, have penile lengths of 4.3 and 4.0 inches respectively and the small penis award goes to North Korea at 3.8 inches.
Most men who desire penile lengthening have a normal sized and normally functioning penis.
No studies have currently improved penile length. Penile girth enhancement is possible through injection of filler or the placement of a silicone implant. This is an expensive procedure that needs to be repeated every 1 to 2 years. Operations cutting the suspensory ligament of the penis have a high rate of complication and low patient’s satisfaction and should be avoided.
