GAINSWave for Erectile Dysfunction and Peyronie’s Disease

You have arrived in the right place! Dr. Brandeis travels around the country teaching other doctors how to evaluate and treat ED.   He is the National Director of Clinical Excellence for GAINSWave.

GAINSWave for Erectile Dysfunction

GAINSWave is a clinically proven treatment option for the effects of erectile dysfunction. The acoustic waves pulsate through the penis, improving blood flow by dissolving plaque and stimulating growth of new blood vessels which results in stronger, harder, and longer-lasting erections. The acoustic wave therapy also rejuvenates erectile tissue by “waking up” dormant stem cells in the penis.

GAINSWave is especially effective and safe for men who cannot take oral medicine, such as those with heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure.

GAINSWave for Peyronie’s Disease

Peyronie’s Disease is the presence of scar tissue beneath the surface of the penis. This scar tissue makes it difficult for men to have normal, straight erections and can cause a painful curvature to the penis.

GAINSWave for Peyronie’s Disease uses high frequency low-intensity shockwaves (or acoustic waves) to break down scar tissue and open blood vessels and create new ones. This desruction of scar tissue in combination with penile traction therapy reduces penis curvature and improving the effects of Peyronie’s Disease.

What is GAINSWave?

GAINSWave is a noninvasive treatment that improves blood flow to the penis through the use of acoustic shock wave technology.  Topical anaesthetic is optional. After 6 to 12 weekly treatments lasting 20 minutes, 80% of patients have significantly improved erectile function.

Dr. Brandeis was the first in the Bay Area to offer GAINSWave Shock Wave Therapy for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction.  We can also use shockwave therapy to treat Peyronie’s disease through his special research protocol.

What are the expected results?

GAINSWave is a safe, comfortable treatment for men seeking to improve their sexual wellness. It can improve erectile function and Peyronie’s Disease. The procedure is safe, effective, and does not require drugs or surgery. It is non-invasive and performed in-office and provides long lasting results.
